100% Malbec

This Malbec is exciting and oh so fresh with flavors of blueberry, black cherry, cocoa and just a hint of cigar box on the finish. There is a slight minerality and chalkiness expressive of the terroir, and the unique use of carbonic maceration (not frequently seen on Malbec) renders it juicy, jammy, and damn delicious.
